Global management structure

Following a strategic review led by Group Chairman Dr Zulf Masters, the following important changes have been made to the group management structure. An executive board has been established which will meet on a quarterly basis, or whenever necessary, to review group strategy, ensure good corporate governance and ensure the shareholders interests are being met.

It will also be charged with reviewing all investment decisions. As part of that process Dr Zulf Masters will now assume the role of Executive Chairman and oversee all board activities, whilst Group Managing Director David Moran,  will assume the role of CEO and Paul Weeks will become CFO.

In order to maintain an independent oversight the company is honoured to have Mr Rick Kessler join the board in a non-executive advisory capacity, and it is anticipated that additional members will be added as and when appropriate. Operationally there will be a senior management team reporting into David comprising of the following direct reports:-
